2014 Outdoor
Time of 16:00.83 was good four fourth in the 5k at the SRU Open ... Had top 10 finishes in the 10k at the All-Ohio Championship and the OAC Outdoor Championship.

2013-14 Indoor
Placed fifth in the 3k at the Bob Shannon Invitational clocking in at 9:10.05 ... Added a seventh-place showing at the OAC North Split Meet in the 5k.

2013 Cross Country
Exploded on the scene with a 21st-place finish at season-opening Bill Sudeck Memorial crossing at 20:56.44 ... Finished 16th at the Ric Sayre Invitational ... Ran a 27:32 at the OAC Championship and a 27:42.5 at the National Catholic Championships.
