Oliver Condell, one of the most respected developmental coaches in Northeast Ohio, joined the John Carroll men's soccer staff in 2017.
A college player for the Dayton Flyers, Condell stayed with the game by entering the coaching arena. In addition to stints as a coach at Avon High School and Strongsville High School, Condell has been involved with a number of clubs. He is currently the Director of Coaching for Team Challenger FC, and serves as Technical Director of the Medina Soccer Association.
Condell has also been involved with the Olympic Developmental Program (ODP) as both a regional staff coach and a coach in the Ohio Youth Soccer Association North (OYSAN) ODP. He has won every title in youth soccer and is the only coach in the history of Northeast Ohio to ever win a Boys US Youth Soccer national title.
A 2006 graduate of the University of Dayton, Condell majored in Psychology while minoring in Sociology & Philosophy. He is married and has a three-year-old son, Enzo.
