Larissa Czupik enters her first year as an assistant coach with swimming & diving for the 2023-24 season.
Czupik arrives in University Heights after strong experience in the local and Ohio swimming scenes. Most recently, she served as an assistant coach at Aurora High School for the 2021-22 and 2022-23 school years. During the past two seasons, she played an important role for Aurora. Creating and executing practice plans, assisting with meet lineups, and aiding with organizing home meets were included in her duties.
She enjoyed a 4-year collegiate career as a Division I swimmer at Cleveland State University. She specialized in sprint and mid-distance freestyle events.
Czupik has held a variety of roles in the swimming world, including CAQT Masters Coach for the CSU Recreation Center, as well as an assistant youth coach for the WTRC Sharks (USA Swimming) and numerous summers coaching at Four Seasons Towne Club, both in her hometown of Dayton, Ohio.
