• Came back and earned his second indoor track & field national championship in the 3000m race with a time of 8:16.62 at the 2022 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships. (03/12/22)
• Earned his first indoor track & field national title in the 5000m race with a time of 14:10.02 at the 2022 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships. (03/11/22)
• Ran his third event of the weekend and earned his third All-OAC accolade in the 3000m race, finishing third with a time of 8:29.01 at the 2022 OAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. (02/26/22)
• Came back and earned his second OAC Championship in the mile race with a time of 4:09.88 and broke the meet record at the 2022 OAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. (02/26/22)

• Ran a PR of 2:30.55 in the 1000m race at the 2022 YSU Mid-Major Invitational, placing third. (01/28/22)
• Broke the school record in the mile race at the 2022 Michigan Invitational with a PR and time of 4:05.50, finishing second. (01/22/22)
• Became the third runner in DIII History to run a sub-14 minute 5K. He finished 8th in the GVSU Holiday Open 5K race and broke a school record of 13:58.42. (12/03/21)

• Earned a runner-up finish in the 5000m race, earning All-American honors with a time of 14:10.28, breaking his previous record at the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championships on 05/29/2021. 
• Placed fifth in the 10000m race, earning All-American honors with a time of 30:26.81 at the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championships on 05/27/2021. 
• Came back the next day and won the 5000m race with a time of 14:30.00 at the OAC Outdoor Championships on 05/07/2021. 
• Became the OAC Champion in the 10000m race with a time of 29:45.57 at the OAC Outdoor Championships on 05/06/2021. 
• Won the 5000m race at the OAC Elite Meet with a time of 14:17.67, breaking the previous record on 04/17/2021. 
• Broke the school record in the 10000m race at the Sparky Adams Invite winning the race with a time of 29:30.12 on 04/02/2021. 
• Made his outdoor debut at the Mount Union Outdoor Meet #1 in the 1500m race, placing second with a time of 3:53.15 on 03/27/2021. 
• Came back and won the OAC title in the mile race with a time of 4:16.71 at the OAC Indoor Championships on 03/06/2021. 
• Won his first OAC title in the 5000m race with a time of 14:52.15 at the OAC Indoor Championships on 03/06/2021. 
• Finished second in his first mile for JCU at the Mount Union Wuske Invitational with a time of 4:15.44 on 02/06/2021. 
• Set the school record in the 5000m at the OAC Early Season Showcase with a time of 14:33.65 on 01/24/2021. 

• Took seventh in the 1000m and eighth in the mile at the Joe Banks Invitational
• Placed fourth in the 3000m at the SPIRE Midwest Open
• Finished 45th in the 5000m at the Grand Valley State Holiday Open against Division I runners

• Ran both Cross Country and Track, and also played Soccer at St. Vincent- St. Mary High School
• Competed under head track coach Dan Lanscianese
