2014 Outdoor
OAC champion in the 800m (1:54.49) and the 4x800 relay (7:47.84) ... Earned All-Ohio honors in the 800m taking runner-up accolades crossing at 1:53.58 ... Narrowly missed All-Ohio honors in the 4x400 relay finishing fourth ... Time of 1:55.84 at the OWU Ron Althoff Final Qualifer was good for third in the 800m.

2013-14 Indoor
Earned All-OAC honors with runner-up time of 1:05.96 in the 500m ... Helped the 4x400 relay to third-place showing at OAC Indoor Championships with time of 3:25.50 ... Clocked in at 1:05.46 to win the 500m at the Greater Cleveland College Championships ... Had two first-place finishes at the BW Mid-January Meet (4x400, 500m).

2013 Cross Country
Had five starts as a sophomore ... Placed 65th at the Ric Sayre Invitational ... Ran a 29:14 at the OAC Championships ... Crossed at 30:57.90 at the All-Ohio Championships.

2013 Outdoor
Had a limited outdoor season but made most of opportunity ... Part of the winning 4x400 relay at the OAC Outdoor Championship ... Scored points in the 400m with a seventh-place showing ... Finished second as part of the 4x400 at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet.

2012-13 Indoor
Erupted onto the scene helping the distance medley relay to runner-up honors at the OAC Split Meet with the relay crossing at 10:31.95 ... Earned All-OAC honors in the 400m taking third at 50.90 ... Helped the 4x400 relay earn All-OAC honors with time of 3:25.19 ... Earned All-Ohio honors in the distance medley relay with runner-up showing.

2012 Cross Country
Saw limited action as a freshman only appearing at three meets ... Placed 64th at Ric Sayre Invitational after time of 31:11 ... Also raced in the National Catholic Championship and the All-Ohio Championship.
