Kaley LaForce enters her second year as an assistant coach on the women's lacrosse coaching staff in the 2020-21 school year.
One of the first players in team history to graduate from the program, LaForce is also one of its most accomplished players. She was twice named First Team All-Conference and was a First Team All-Region pick in 2016 and a Second Team choice in 2015.
As the team's lone senior in 2016, LaForce was instrumental in guiding the John Carroll defense. She was second on the team and among the top six in the Ohio Athletic Conference in ground balls (57), was vital in causing turnovers (23) and winning draw controls (18).
A former club lacrosse player at John Carroll who helped the program transition to a varsity program back in 2014-15, LaForce served as team captain in 2016.
Since John Carroll, LaForce has been coaching with Lakeshore Lacrosse, a girls travel league based in Chicago. For two years she led the 2023 travel league as both a head coach and assistant.
