John Carroll University Athletics

Aaron Yoder enters his eighth year as an assistant athletic trainer for the John Carroll University athletic training staff in the 2025-26 school year. Yoder primarily works with the football team.

Before Yoder began his career, he received a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Slippery Rock University in 2015. Following his undergraduate education, Yoder went on to West Virginia University where he received his master’s degree in athletic training. While at West Virginia, Aaron worked full time as the head athletic trainer at Albert Gallatin High School. 

After completing his education, Yoder went on to work in the NFL, spending 2017 with the Atlanta Falcons as a seasonal athletic trainer.

Originally from New Springfield, Ohio, Yoder lives in Twinsburg with his wife, Maggie.
