Todd Gaydosh

Todd Gaydosh enters his second season as the team’s graduate assistant. He is responsible for assisting Coach Hawald in the day-to-day operations of the wrestling program. In his first season on the coaching staff, Gaydosh was instrumental in developing the upper weights, especially 285 lb. NCAA Qualifier Will Porter. 

Gaydosh is a 2015 JCU graduate and competed for the Blue Streaks at 174, 184, and 197 lbs. Gaydosh won 78 matches in his career, which places him in the top-30 in JCU history. 

Competing at 197 lbs during his senior season, Gaydosh qualified for the NCAA Championships, placing second at the Mideast Regional Tournament. At the national tournament, he finished one win shy of earning All-American honors. Gaydosh won titles at the Trine Open and RIT Invitational and finished second at the Florida Citrus Invitational during his senior season.

Gaydosh graduated with his degree in Education and was named an NWCA Scholar All-American during his junior and senior season. He is currently enrolled in the Master's program in Nonprofit Administration.
