Trent Maxwell enters his first season as an assistant coach with John Carroll Women's Golf in 2025-26.

Maxwell is the premier fitter in the Northeast Ohio area, with vast golf knowledge that he will bring to the table. Since 2012, Maxwell has served as the General Manager and Director of Club Fitting at Windmill Golf Center. He began at Windmill in 2002 under the guidance of legendary coach Herb Page.

Maxwell has a lengthy list of accolades and activities, including:

Maxwell graduated from the University of Akron in 2000 with a 3.4 GPA and a Double Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management and Sales Management. Maxwell has been married to his wife, Andrea, since 2002, with two children: Madison, who is a freshman at John Carroll University (class of 2029), and Peyton, who is in the 8th grade at Copley City Schools. The Maxwell family resides in Fairlawn, Ohio. Originally from Coshocton, Ohio, Maxwell grew up with three older brothers.
