Box Score On a night where offense was at a premium for the John Carroll women's soccer team, one score on just two shots on goal was not enough to hold off host Centre College in a 2-1 loss on Friday night in Danville, Kentucky.

Kelly Kertis, whose boot beat Centre's Megan Foley to give the Blue & Gold a 1-0 lead in the 42nd minute.

The Blue Streaks will look for their first 2012 win against Transylvania at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 1 in their second game at the Centre Showcase.
