ALLIANCE, Ohio -- In the last meet before the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, the Blue Streaks posted some solid times.

A number of members of John Carroll University Men's Track & Field competed at Mount Union on Wednesday, tabbing personal records in the OAC Last Chance Meet.

A highlight of the meet came in the 800m with two such PRs. Caleb Correia clocked in at 1:55.09, his personal record, good enough for fifth. Ethan Domitrovich also clipped off a top ten time and personal record with a tally of 1:56.09.

Deven Ward, Mark Zahren, and Cam Klauke raced in the 200m. Ward led the way with a second-place time of 21.72, just over his season-best, which ranks 17th in the country. Zahren raced for a PR of 22.27 in the event. Klauke rounded out the trio with a time of 23.06.

Garrett Clark, Klauke, Zahren, and Ward competed for the Blue Streaks in the 4x100 relay, crossing the finish line as the lone competing squad in 41.80.

Now the Blue Streaks will wait until Friday evening when the championship entries are released. The top 17 men's marks and the top 19 women in each event will get a spot at next week's Championships in Greensboro, North Carolina.
