UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS -- Having success is wonderful, but as the John Carroll Cross Country coaching staff will tell you, following the right process along the way is just as important.

It's safe to say the Blue Streaks have followed a strong process this year not just on the course, but in the classroom. Both the JCU Men's and Women's Cross Country teams earned All-Academic Team status for the 2022 NCAA Division III Cross Country season by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Additionally, 11 Blue Streaks earned distinction as All-Academic student-athletes, four runners on the men's team, and seven runners on the women's squad.

As a team, the JCU Women's Cross Country registered a collective GPA of 3.668. JCU Men's Cross Country tallied a team GPA of 3.296.

The seven honorees for the Blue Streaks on the women's team were Cameron Bujaucius (Psychology and Data Science), Erica Esper (Exercise Science), Amanda Keim (Psychology), Ellie Kitsmiller (Exercise Science), Jennifer Massucci (Marketing and Supply Chain Management), Abby Schroff (Cell Molecular Biology), and Sarah Weldon (Supply Chain Management).

The four honorees for the Blue Streaks on the men's team were
