Five Blue Streak Athletes Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Status From The 2025 Cross Country Season
UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS – The women's cross country team had a historic season, highlighted by top finishes and conference and regional accolades.

That doesn't stop there as the team was honored from the USTFCCCA (U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association) for their academic excellence this past fall.

John Carroll Women's Cross Country were awarded All-Academic status from the 2025 season, as well as five individuals earning All-Academic awards for their efforts in the classroom.

The women earned a cumulative GPA of 3.54; being above the requirement to earn the team status.

Representing the team this year from the 2025 NCAA Division III Cross Country season were Morgan Dobos (Forensic Psychology), Samantha Goodnough (Exercise Science/Sports Leadership), Anne Rea (Biochemistry), Abby Schroff (Cell & Molecular Biology and Peace, Justice, & Human Rights), and Kelsey Sheridan (Biology).

In their first season in the North Coast Athletic Conference, the women earned a runner-up finish at the conference championships and earned a top four finish at the Regional Championships.

This group is now ready to put their efforts to the test this spring for the track & field season.
