UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS -- John Carroll Athletics is rolling out a unique promotion for the remainder of basketball games, with a special prize.

To promote student attendance, the JCU
Business Office and JCUPD have partnered with John Carroll Athletics to present a grand prize:

A free, on-campus parking pass for the remainder of the semester. If the student winner already has a parking pass, they will be reimbursed for the full cost. That's up to a $300 value!

The first card will feature Luke Chicone, as John Carroll Men's Basketball will welcome back students on Wednesday, January 17 vs. Otterbein at 7 pm in the Tony DeCarlo Varsity Center.

Here are the rules of the promotion:

1. At each of JCU's remaining 10 home basketball games, starting on Wednesday, January 17 vs. Otterbein, John Carroll Athletics will give away a special basketball card. Each card will feature a unique student-athlete. The card will be given out at halftime or later of the game in the student section(s).

2. Students who collect 7 cards by attending games will be entered into a raffle to win a free parking pass (OR a credit back to their account on a previously purchased parking pass) for the spring semester if they already have purchased a pass.
If the winning student does not have a car, a gift card prize will be arranged and the parking pass will go to the winner of the second ticket draw.

3. At the final home regular season basketball game on Saturday, February 17 (Senior/Graduate Day for JCU Men's Basketball), John Carroll Athletics will hold the parking pass raffle. Students who present 7 cards will fill out a raffle ticket, and the winner will be drawn at halftime after the game.

4. Follow along on social media with @jcusports for additional promotions (potentially golden tickets featuring members of the JCU community to win instant prizes). And who knows, a second parking pass could be in play?

5. JCU Faculty & Staff and interested fans may collect the cards, but cannot give the cards to students not present at the game of the card. A limited number of cards will be printed for each game. Fans who miss out on specific cards can collect them at a future game or event TBD after the raffle ends.

6. This promotion is very much for fun and to support John Carroll's high-performing basketball programs and student-athletes, and to build on a great atmosphere at the DeCarlo Center for JCU Basketball. This promotion is aimed at celebrating the John Carroll community and the wonderful people who make it special.
