The Blue Streaks enjoyed one of the best fall seasons for the program in recent memory.
SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – The fall campaign has come to a close for John Carroll Men's Golf.

The Blue Streaks took a trip south for a two-day invitational hosted by future North Coast Athletic Conference rivals Wittenberg University for the Jeff Roope Invitational.

In a nice showing, John Carroll snagged second with a final tally of 290-292-582 (+6). Jeff Pawloswki's squad finished just five strokes back of the 2023 NCAC Champions. The two-day event took place at Springfield Country Club in Southwestern Ohio.

Daniel Donahue completed a fantastic first half of his sophomore year. The Pittsburgher guided the team just as he did most of the fall. Donahue opened with an awesome score of 69 (-3) on Sunday and then rounded things out with a 73 (+1) for a total tally of 142 (-2) for the weekend. The Central Catholic alum tied for third in a great field.

Kamden Mowry performed well for the Blue Streaks. The Ashland native opened with a 74 before notching an even par 72 on Monday. His score of 146 (+4) earned him a top-ten finish, a tie for eighth to be exact.

Austin Malley experienced a near mirror result of Mowry. The fellow sophomore kicked things off with a 76 before concluding with an even 72 on day two. The Venetia, PA native finished just outside the top 10 with a score of 148.

London Hoyser penned a total tally of 149 on his scorecard for a tie for 14th. The New Yorker looked solid the whole event, with a line of 74-75-149.

Michael Keefe rounded things out for John Carroll. The Notre Dame College transfer closed out the fall with a scoreline of 73-84-157.

Overall, it was a strong fall to kickoff the Pawlowski Era. The Blue Streaks "A" team won three events and notched second place in the two other competitions.

With a largely young team, the future is incredibly bright for this JCU squad.
