The Blue Streaks did well in 9 holes on Saturday before rain ended the day

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio – On a rainy Saturday at River Greens Golf Course, John Carroll Men's Golf snuck into the lead at the 2025 Ohio Athletic Conference Championships.

The Blue Streaks completed nine holes on Day 2 on the Pines Course to complete Round 2, just one of three teams to do so, along with Marietta and Otterbein (the first nine holes of Round 2 were played yesterday). Standing water on the Greens course from consistent rain caused the stoppage of play. The OAC has shortened the format to 54 holes (3 rounds).

John Carroll holds a narrow one-stroke lead over Otterbein heading into the final day, which for John Carroll will be 18 holes (though a few Blue Streaks started the third round with a hole or two).
