Sam Su Earns NCAC Men's Cross Country Athlete Of The Week After Top 10 Performance At Augustana

CLEVELAND, OH. – The Woodridge native continues to impress in his junior campaign.

After securing a top 10 finish at the Augustana Interregional Invitational this past Saturday, October 17th, Sam Su earned himself his second NCAC Athlete of the Week accolade this 2026 season for the Blue Streaks.

In his second 8k of the year, Su ran a new personal best of 24:22.9 to place eighth overall in the gold race against some of the top Division III programs in the country.

He led the men to earn a 12th place team finish with a total score of 414 points.

Sam and the Blue Streaks will now prepare for the postseason as the NCAC Cross Country Championships are just around the corner, taking place on Saturday, October 31st hosted by Oberlin College.
