VonLehmden follows in the footsteps of some JCU legends. The last Blue Streak to achieve the feat was Johnny Roder in 2022. Other previous honorees include John Schnur (2017) and Blake Furgerson (2009 and 2010).

The star has enjoyed a fantastic season. A leader for a lineup filled with juniors, VonLehmden has been a model of consistency this season, averaging a round of 72.2.

The Saint John's Jesuit grad ended the regular season by winning medalist honors at the Caschera/DiCillo Classic. At the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships, the Findlay native put on a show, earning second place with a scoreline of 71-75-74-220 for second place, just one stroke off of the medalist.

Heading into the NCAA Championships this week, VonLehmden is ranked #69 in the nation.
