Representatives must email either the secretary or any executive board member with a valid excused absence;
If a representative is unexcused two times they will receive an email or call notifying them and on the third occasion the coach will be notified and asked to find a suitable replacement; three or four excused absences will be allowed;
All representatives are required to participate in special activities.
