Johnson Natatorium will be a busy place on the weekend of December 6-7, 2008, as five swimming and diving teams will travel to University Heights for the inaugural Carroll Classic.
Finals on both days will be webcast on jcusports.com and can be accessed by clicking here (registration and $5.95 daily fee required). Results after each session will also be posted on www.jcusports.com. There will also be a live blog that will keep interested parties abreast of the proceedings throughout this two day event, tracking results and team scores.

Along with host team John Carroll University, other teams participating include Marshall University (women's team only), Notre Dame College, Ohio Wesleyan University and Urbana University.
Preliminary rounds will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6. Finals on Saturday will kick-off at 6:15 p.m. Then, on Sunday, Dec. 7, preliminary rounds will start at 9:30 a.m. with the finals commencing at 4:30 p.m.
Individual events that swimmers will be participating in include the 50 Free, the 100 Free, the 200 Free, the 500 Free, the 1650 Free, the 100 Backstroke, the 200 Backstroke, the 100 Breaststroke, the 200 Breaststroke, the 100 Fly, the 200 Fly, the 200 Individual Medley, and the 400 Individual Medley.
Relays include the 200 Free Relay, the 800 Free Relay, the 200 Medley Relay and the 400 Medley Relay. All relays will be done only once as a timed final.
Diving events will be held between preliminary and final rounds.
