Pre-Tournament Info
Fowler's Mill Golf Course will serve as the host site of the Women's OAC Championship, which will be staged on Saturday and Sunday, April 24-25, in Chesterland, Ohio.
A total of nine schools will compete in the two day, 36-hole tournament. John Carroll University will welcome Baldwin-Wallace, Capital, Heidelberg, Mount Union, Muskingum, Ohio Northern, Otterbein and Wilmington to compete for the team title.
The Blue Streaks last hosted the OAC Championship in 2003 at Fowler's Mill.
At the 2009 championship, Otterbein won its second straight OAC Title and earned an automatic berth into the NCAA Division III National Championship with a score of 665 (337-328). Ohio Northern, 41 strokes behind the leader, finished second with a 706 (349-357). Heidelberg (763), John Carroll (776), and Capital (778) rounded out the top five.
Otterbein looks to defend its title with the help of returning all-conference players Catherine Brunoehler and Elizabeth DeRoy.
