Frequently Asked Questions

For Overnight Camps
  1. Where is parking, drop-off, and pick-up?
    • Use this map for reference.  THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE DURING OUR EXCITING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT!
    • For drop-off and pick-up, use South Belvoir Blvd and drop off outside the Campion Hall (13 on map). 
    • Cars can park on the brick drive on South Belvoir next to Campion Hall. Cars can remain for loading and unloading only.  Check-in and check-out will be in the lobby of Campion Hall.  
    • If keeping a vehicle on campus, use parking lot below the Hamlin Quad.  If you are driving to camp, please let the camp staff know.  Driving is not permitted at any time during camp.
  2. What should campers bring?
    • For overnight events, bring wrestling shoes, running shoes, appropriate apparel, bedding (sheet, pillow, blanket, etc), towel, toiletries, laundry detergent
  3. Where will campers stay?
    • Campers will stay in Campion Hall (13 on map).  Each room has two beds and a dresser for clothing.  Bathrooms and showers are shared by campers on each floor.
  4. Are there washers and dryers in the residence halls?
    • Yes.  There are washers and dryers in each residence hall so campers can do their laundry.  Use of the machines are free, but campers should plan to provide their own laundry soap.
  5. What meals are provided for campers?
    • Campers will be provided meals from the campus dining hall as outlined in the camp schedule.
    • All meals are served in the Schott Dining Hall (9 on map)  
  6. Is there somewhere for campers to purchase food and drinks on campus outside of the dining hall meals?
    • Yes.  There will be a team store with very reasonably priced items available for purchase.
  7. Who runs the camps?
    1. The Prospect Training Camps are run by the JCU Coaching Staff 
  8. What is the refund policy?
    • Due to expenses that cannot be refunded, our refund policy is as follows:
      • Prior to May 1 - 90% will be refunded
      • Prior to June 1 - 50% will be refunded
      • After June 1 - no refunds

For Prospect Clinics and Spring Clinic Series
  1. Where is parking, drop-off, and pick-up?
    • Use this map for reference.  THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE DURING OUR EXCITING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT!
    • Use parking lot below the Hamlin Quad on the map and walk to the Recreation Complex (23 on map).  The Recreation Complex connects to the DeCarlo Varsity Center (20 on map).  The wrestling room can be accessed through the stairway between the swimming pool and gymnasium.
    • For drop-off and pick-up, use South Belvoir Blvd and drop off outside the DeCarlo Varsity Center (20 on map).  Wrestlers will walk across the upper level of the gymnasium to access the stairway to the wrestling room.
  2. What should campers bring?
    • Wrestling shoes and appropriate apparel.  Showers and locker rooms are available.
  3. What is the refund policy?
    • Due to expenses that cannot be refunded, our refund policy is as follows:
      • Prior to event - 90% will be refunded
      • No refunds after March 21 for the clinic series
