Participating Teams
Practice Times
- Mats will be available 6-8pm on Saturday and beginning at 7am on Sunday.
- Please coordinate with wrestling@jcu.edu to schedule use of mats.

8:45 AM – Medical Examinations
9:00 AM – Weigh-ins
11:00 AM – Wrestling Begins
Medical Examinations and Weigh-ins
- Weigh-ins will be conducted on the mats in the gym
- Please coordinate with the opponent for your first dual and conduct medical examinations and weigh-ins together

Extra Countable Matches
- We encourage teams to get extra individual matches all day.
- The extra matches will be run on a separate event on trackwrestling
- JCU Duals - Extra Matches
- We will set up matches, but if you want to plan out matches with other coaches, make sure you properly communicate with the table workers so the match can be recorded properly.
Locker Rooms
- Locker rooms will be available for changing and showers
- Locker rooms will not be secure so teams should keep their bags in the designated team area
Team Areas
- There will be two team areas.
- Team Area 1: inside the AWE.
- Please keep bags in this area.
- All food and drinks should be kept in this area on the tarp.
- Team Area 2: inside the student center, a 3 minute indoor walk from the AWE.
- If you will be using crockpots or other cooking items, we ask that you keep them in this area.
- This will be a more comfortable place for teams to spend time between dual meets.
Hospitality Room
- Food and drink will be available in the conference room located on the second floor next to the spectator seating.
- Hospitality is for coaches, athletic trainers, officials, and table workers only

- Trackwrestling has changed their format. If you prefer the previous version of trackwrestling, you can find it using the following steps:
- Go to www.trackwrestling.com
- Click "CLASSIC"
- Click "Functions", click "Search Events"
- Type "JCU", click "Search"
- Select "JCU Duals (Women)" or "JCU Duals - Extra Matches"
- Change User Type to "Viewer (classic)", Click "Enter Event"

Bus Drop Off / Pick Up
- Buses can drop off and pick up teams outside the DeCarlo Varsity Center on S. Belvoir Blvd.
- Use this address:
- 2514 South Belvoir Blvd
University Hts, OH 44118
- Buses will need to pull around to the other side of campus for parking.
- If you have a charter bus, please contact kkonte@jcu.edu for information about parking
Van Drop Off / Pick Up
- Van can drop off and pick up teams outside the AWE on S. Belvoir Blvd.
- Use this address:
- 2514 South Belvoir Blvd
University Hts, OH 44118
- Pull into the drive off South Belvoir. Drop teams off at the East side of the building and teams will walk along the North side of the Building to the entrance.
- Vans can continue that path and find parking on the other side of the AWE or in the connected parking lots.
