2017 Outdoor
During the outside season, Zach Modzelewski had 2 career best times. At the Mount Union John Homon Open, Zack was able to finish the 800-meter race with a time of 1:59.51. And then again at his next meet at Walsh University Invitational, he broke his career best time in the 1500-meter with 4:21.58.

2017 Indoor
Modzelewski converted 4 of his 10 races into top-10 finishes in the 2017 indoor track season. Including his win at the 2017 Greater CLE Championships in the 500-meter with a time of 1:10.78.

2016 Cross Country
Improved 31 seconds in the 6k at the Sudeck Sunset Classic Stampede for 43rd place ... Ran a 6 second personal best 29:19.4 in the 8k at the Inter-Regional Rumble for 80th place overall ... Ended the season in 129th at the OAC Championship.

2016 Outdoor
Zack ran four 800m races at four meets ... He continued to improve in the outdoor season, ending his outdoor campaign with a 2:03.27 PR, good for 18th at the 11th Annual Gator Invite.

2015-16 Indoor
Ran eight events in five meets, five of which were 800m races ... the other three races where a part of a 4x400m team, with their best time at 3:54.2 for 17th at the Findlay Indoor T&F Classic ... He improved 12 seconds in the 800, ending the season in 2:07.34 at the Kent State Tune Up (39th place).

2015 Cross Country
Began his career with a 44th place finish at the Sudeck Sundown Classic 6k (24:02.6) ... Ran his personal best 8k at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble with a 29:25.2 8k ... At the OAC Cross Country Championship, he crossed the line in 127th.

High School
Prepped for Coach Bob Duggan at Canisius High School...Received the Most Improved Award during the 2011 season, the same seasson Canisius won League Championships...Part of the 2015 track team that won league championships.

Academics and Personal
Intends to major in Chemistry...Was a member of Canisius' 2015 State Championship hockey team...Son of Mark and Sandy Modzelewski.
