Isaac Conners enters his second season on staff for JCU Football in the 2026-27 academic year. He will serve as a personnel assistant after working as a defensive quality control coach in 2025.Â
Conners is a senior majoring in Sports Leadership and Business. In the summer of 2025, the Erie native served as a business development intern for the Detroit Tigers' Double-A affiliate team, the Erie Seawolves.
Conners chose JCU because "it is a place filled with many opportunities to accept and be a part of, along with having a successful alumni network and pipeline. John Carroll's incredible mission has helped prepare me thus far for my goal of working in an NFL front office."
