- Finished 27th at the Sudeck Classic with a time of 21:42.2. (09/02)
- Peters finished 193rd at the All-Ohio Collegiate Championships with a time of 33:12.2. (09/17)
- Finished 311th in the open division of the 47th Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 29:05.7. (10/01)
- Amidst tough conditions, placed 57th amongst 209 runners in the open division of the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 29:08.6. (10/16)
- Rounded out his freshman season with a 115th place finish at the OAC Championships in a time of 29:23.8. (10/30)
