2023 Cross Country
- Competed at the 2023 NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships for the first time in his career running 27:54.3, helping the team to place 20th in the country (11/18)
- Ran a PR of 24:44.6 at the 2023 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Cross Country Championships placing 35th, earning his first-ever Great Lakes All-Region honor and helped the team earn their third consecutive regional title (11/11)
- Earned his first All-OAC honor at the 2023 OAC Cross Country Championships placing 17th with a time of 25:26.7 contributing for JCU to earn their third consecutive OAC team title (10/28)
- Made an appearance at the 2023 Pre-Nationals Invite placing 75th with a time of 26:03.4 helping the team place eighth overall at the meet (10/07)
- Earned a sixth place finish at the 2023 OWU Invitational with a time of 25:55.4 leading JCU to third place at the meet (09/29)
2022 Cross Country
- Competed to a 38th place finish amongst 159 conference competitors at the 2022 OAC Championships, crossing the line in a time of 27:55.6 (10/29)
- Costanzo raced a 8k PR time of 25:55.7 during the varsity division of the 2022 Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, good for 29th place out of 299 total runners (10/15). This new mark bested his previous time by almost a full minute (57.1 seconds).
- Placed 116th amongst 256 total runners at the MSU Spartan Invitational, racing a time of 26:57.5 (09/16)
- Made his junior season debut with a 15th place finish at the Bill Sudeck Classic, finishing in a 6k time of 20:21.3 (09/02)
2021 Cross Country
- Starting this season running in the Sudeck Classic finishing 25th with a time of 20:47.8. (09/02)
- Finished 27th at the All-Ohio Collegiate Championships in the open race with a time of 27:34.6. (09/17)
- Placed 166th at the 2021 Paul Short Invitational with a time of 27:00.5 in the open race. (10/01)
- Finished 11th amongst 209 runners in the open division of the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 27:20.8. (10/16)
- Placed 36th at the Cross Country OAC Championships with a time of 26:52.8. (10/30)
