2022 Cross Country
- Capped off his season placing 52nd out of 159 conference competitors during the OAC Championships, where he raced to a time of 28:24.9Â (10/29/2022)
- Competed in the varsity division at the 2022 Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, besting 185Â runners in the field with a 27:07.4Â finish (10/15/2022)
- Raced a shiny new season PR of 26:21.6Â during the open division at the Paul Short Invitational, placing 215th amongst 533 total runners (09/30/2022). This mark bested his two-week prior PR by nearly 2 full minutes (1 minute, 56.7 seconds).
- Shipman embarked on his first cross-country race since 2019 with a big PR of 28:18.3Â at the MSU Spartan Invitational (09/16/2022). This new 8k PR improved on his previous mark by an astonishing 3 minutes, 17.3Â seconds.

- Finished 28th in the Sudeck Classic Stampede with a time of 21:04.1 (8/31)Â
- After a successful 2019 Track season, he seeks to build on his momentum into the Cross Country season
- Shipman was an All-OAC contributor in the 800m, 4x400m, and 4x800m which includes taking first place in all three events
