Finished second on the team in 2009 with his 75.93 stroke per round average ... His best finish was 6-th place in the OAC Qualifier (4/30/09-5/01/09) ... Recorded back-to-back runner-up finishes at the JCU and Mount Union Invitationals during the previous 2007 Fall season -- which were also his first two collegiate tournaments ... Placed in the top ten in the OAC Fall Invitational in 2008, along with another top ten finish in the Denison Fall Classic ... Finished 4th in the OAC Spring Invitation in 2008 ... He is an accounting major and is on the Dean's List  at JCU ... Son of Alan and Julie Spalding.
