Biography

The transfer from Loyola University (MD) was one of just 38 NCAA Division III golfers nationwide to earn PING Division III Men's Golf All-American Team for his efforts during the 2008-2009 season ... Won the OAC Spring Tournament by posting a 54-hole total of 217 ... His 72.93 average was best on the team ... Played two seasons for the Greyhounds, where he recorded a pair of runner-up finishes during the 2006-2007 season ... Had a 74.0 stroke average that year at Loyola ... Also played in two tournaments during the 2005-06 campaign ... At Lakewood St. Edward High School, finished in the top 20 in both his junior and senior seasons at the Division I OHSAA state championship tournament, including third place as a senior ... Was the 2003 Ohio GCOA Player of the Year ... Was a three-time first-team all-state golfer ... Captain and team player of the year each of his four seasons at St. Edwards ... Captured sectional championships in both 2002 and 2003 ... Also has fared well in amateur tournaments such as the Ohio Open and the Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship ... He has earned an impressive record so far at John Carroll, including two Medalist Honors at the 2008 OAC Fall Invitational and at the 2008 JCU Fall Invitational ...
