2013 Cross Country
Had a top-20 showing at the Ric Sayre Invitational crossing at 27:22.73 ... His time at Ric Sayre gave JCU the team title in a tiebreaker with Mount Union ... Placed 32nd in season-opening Bill Sudeck Memorial and 45th at the OAC Championship.

2013 Outdoor
Ran in two 5k and two 1,500m races ... Best showing was 12th in the 1,500m at the Mount Union John Homon Invitational ... Crossed at 4:16.14.

2012-13 Indoor
Had a pair of top-10 finishes ... Helped the 4x400 relay to sixth at the BW Mid-February Meet ... Crossed eighth in the mile at the Greater Cleveland College Championships.

2012 Cross Country
Made six starts as a freshman ... Ran a season-best 28:14 at the Wilmington Fall Classic which was good for 183rd ... Placed 44th at Ric Sayre Invitational with mark of 29:13.
