Continued to improve as a sophomore ... Earned second team All-OAC honors with 16th-place finish navigating course at 27:55.57 ... Finished 25th at All-Ohio Championships to help JCU to its first-ever All-Ohio title ... Placed 69th at regionals.

2014 Outdoor
10th in the 5k and the 10k at the OAC Outdoor Championships ... Time of 16:14.30 was 16th at the All-Ohio Championships.

2013-14 Indoor
Had a busy daw at the BW Mid-January Meet ... Took sixth in the mile (4:42.64) and ninth in the 800m (2:15.05) ... Eighth in the mile at the BW Mid-February Meet and the 3k at the Bob Shannon Invitational.

2013 Cross Country
Started career with a pair of top 40 finishes ... Crossed 36th at the Bill Sudeck Memorial at 21:25.17 ... Placed 32nd at the Ric Sayre Invitational ... Had strong finish to the season placing 28th at the OAC Championships at 26:25.
