Entering his fourth season on the John Carroll track & field coaching staff is Eric Biro.  He coaches the sprinters and high jumpers for both the men and women's team..

As an athlete himself, Biro graduated from John Carroll in 2003 with a BSBA in Finance.  He was a four-year letterwinner in track & field, participating in high jump, 200 meter, 400 meter, 4x100, 4x400 and 4x800 relays. 

As a Blue Streak, Biro set 10 school records: indoors at 200 meter, 400 meter, 500 meter, 4x400 and 4x800 relays; outdoors at 200 meter, 400 meter, 4x400, 4x800 and sprint relay.  A ten-time conference champion, Biro earned All-American status once as part of the 4x400 relay in 2001.
