After missing out on All-American honors by one place in 2012, the junior is hungry to contribute to his team's efforts at the conference and national levels.
2011-2012
Earned points for JCU in three events at the indoor conference championship meet, including the 60-meter hurdles, pole vault, and 4x200-meter relay ... Made multi-events debut at the Mount Union Last Chance Meet in the heptathlon, missing out on national qualification by just 52 points ... Placed fifth in the outdoor OAC Championship meet in the 110-meter hurdles and eighth in the pole vault ... Qualified in the outdoor season in the decathlon, where he earned a ninth-place finish and narrowly missed out on achieving All-American status.
2010-2011
Placed third as a freshman in the pole vault final (3.85 m) at OAC Indoor Championships, earning All-OAC status ... Outdoors, he cleared 4.28 meters to take second at the OAC Gold Meet ... Ran a season-best 58.9 seconds in 400 meter hurdles at Mount Union ... Placed seventh in 110 meter hurdles, running a season-best 15.44 at the OAC Championships.Â
