Swam in the championship heat at OAC's in all individual events where he took 2nd in the 200 Breast setting a new school record ... Touched 3rd in the 100 Breast and 5th in the 200 IM ... Took first in the 200 Breast against rival Mount Union ... Took 5th place in the 200 IM at the Fredonia Invitational ... Also took 2st place in the 200 Breast against Oberlin College.

Swam for head coach Andy Quijano at Powers Catholic in Grand Blanc, Michigan ... First-all state during his junior and senior years ... First-All Conference all four years of high school ... He was Genessee County champion in the 200 IM and the 100 Breast for four years straight ... Holds various pool and school records ... On the Greater Flint YMCA Falcons National Team for four years ... Earned All-Conference Academic for four years and All-State Academic as apart of his high school team ... Graduated with a 3.5 GPA.
