John Carroll University Athletics

Vince Minniti '15, '18G enters his 10th year as an assistant coach for the Blue Streak Track and Field team during the 2024-25 school year. Minniti's primary duties focus on throwing events. 

In his first nine seasons as the throws coach, Minniti has guided the throws team to 22 All-OAC selections, 8 individual OAC championships, 2 OAC Field Athletes of the Year, 8 school records, 11 national qualifiers, and 6 All-American finishes.  

Minniti is from Mentor, Ohio and is a 2010 graduate of Lake Catholic High School, 2015 graduate of John Carroll (Bachelor of Arts in Education) and a 2018 graduate of John Carroll (Masters of Arts-Nonprofit Administration). Minniti works full time as a National Account Manager at Budget Dumpster in Westlake, Ohio.
