Mike Marcinko enters his fourth season as a volunteer assistant coach for the JCU Women's Basketball program in the 2025-26 school year.
In his first three seasons, the veteran coach has helped the Blue Streaks make appearances in the OAC Tournament. After 13-13 records in both 2022-23 and 2023-24, Marcinko helped guide JCU to a strong 19-7 campaign in 2024-25.
A coaching veteran in his 33rd season, Marcinko joined JCU with 20 seasons of college head and assistant coaching experience. Mike has been part of the OAC in the past, coaching at Heidelberg and Hiram, as well as serving as president of the coaches association and NCAA representative.
Marcinko resides in Independence with his wife, Beth, and sons, Tim and AJ.
