2013
Put together another solid cross country season and earned first team All-OAC honors and Academic All-OAC distinction ... Crossed sixth at OAC Championship with 23:28 time helping to secure the Blue and Gold's first OAC title since 1991 ... Placed 25th in two prestigious events, the National Catholic Championship (19:21.8) and the All-Ohio Championships (24:08.18) ... Placed 45th in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet.

2012
Named first team All-OAC ... Named Division III Academic All-American by the USTFCCCA ... Placed ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the outdoor track & field national championship ... Had three fourth place outings on the cross country team (Salisbury University Sea Gull Opener, Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational and OAC Championship) ... Added seventh place Division III finish at National Catholic Championship.

2011
Had four top 15 finishes in six events ... Opened collegiate career with fifth place outing at Salisbury University Sea Gull Opener ... Improve two spots on the leaderboard for the Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational ... Placed 12th at National Catholic Championship and OAC Championship ... Competed in national championships for outdoor track in the 3,000-meter steeplechase placing eighth to earn All-American honors.
