2022 Cross Country

• Competed to a 51st place finish amongst 292 total runners at the 2022 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships (11/19/2022). Esper improved by 95 places from last year's national meet.
• Earned a top-5 finish (4th place) and a 6k PR of 21:17.8 at the 2022 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional (11/12/2022). Esper bested her previous PR mark by 57.1 seconds.
• Awarded first team All-OAC honors with a 3rd place finish out of 113 conference competitors at the 2022 OAC Championships, finishing in a time of 22:52.0 (10/29/2022)
• Earned a top-10 finish during the 2022 Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, racing a time of 22:14.9 to place 7th amongst 282 total runners (10/15/2022)
• Esper led the Blue Streaks with a 6k time of 22:35.5 in the varsity division of the NCAA D3 Pre-Nationals Invitational, finishing 22nd out of 316 total runners (10/01/2022)
• Opened up her senior campaign under the lights at the All-Ohio Collegiate XC Championships, placing 22nd amongst 334 total runners in a 5k time of 18:34.5 (09/16/2022)

2021 Cross Country

• Esper finished first place in the Sudeck Classic to start off the season with a time of 15:16.1 on 09/02/2021. 
• Finished 2nd amongst 93 Division III runners & 28th amongst 221 overall runners in the All-Ohio Collegiate XC Championships 6k with a time of 23:16.0 on 9/17/21.
• Finished 44th amongst 342 overall runners in the 47th Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 22:14.9 on 10/01/21.
• Finished 15th amongst 302 overall runners in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 22:56.6 on 10/16/21.
• Esper placed 6th in the OAC Championships (23:47.0) to earn 1st team All-OAC honors and help lead her team to the first back-to-back conference wins in program history (10/30)
• Ran 22:32.3 to place 14th in the NCAA DIII Great Lakes Regional Championship, earning All-Region honors and a trip to the National Championship (11/13)
• Esper finished 146th at the NCAA DIII National Championships in a time of 22:43.3 (11/20)

• Finished 16th in the opening meet at the Sudeck Classic Stampede with a time of 15:56.7 (8/31)
• In the open 5k race at Pre-Nationals she clocked a time of 19.29.6 (10/5) 
• Ran 23:04.7, helping the Blue Streaks place 3rd as a team at the Oberlin Inter-Regional rumble (10/19)
• Finished 21st in the OAC Championships with a time of 24:09.3 (11/2) 

• Ran both Cross-Country and Track, while playing Basketball and Softball at Independence High School
• Female Athlete of the Year in 2019, 1st team All-Conference (XC) 2018, 1st Team All-Conference (Track) 2019
• Broke school records in 4x800 (9:54.24), 4x1600 (23:57.39) and 1600 (5:18.42)
• Member of National Honors Society, Drama Club and Student Council
• Was on Honor Roll for 4 years
