2013
Earned JCU's first cross country All-American honors since 2005 with 26th-place finish at NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championship ... Crossed at 21:54.5 at nationals ... Earned at-large spot in national championship with 22:14.4 clip at regionals which was good for 13th finish and All-Region honors ... Named first team All-OAC in leading the Blue and Gold to their first OAC title since 1991 ... First Blue Streak to cross and fourth competitor overall at OAC Championship (23:17) ... Finished 30th or better in every meet.

2012
Named in Academic All-American ... One of John Carroll's most consistent performers ... Named first team All-OAC with sixth place finish at OAC Championship ... Finished as runner-up at Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational ... Finished 21st or better in every race ... Captured fifth place in Division III at National Catholic Championship.

2011
Was named Academic All-OAC in track and cross country, and was named first team All-Conference in cross country, finishing 5th at the OAC Championships in 22:51.7 for the 6k. 1000m Indoor Track OAC Champion (3:03.36).

2010
Placed 35th in the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships with a 6K time of 24:19, her best of the season.
