2013-14 Indoor
Captured third in the 5k at the Greater Cleveland College Championship crossing at 20:22.08 ... Had a solid day at the BW Mid-January meet earning fourth-place times in the mile (5:45.10) and the 3k (11:45.86) ... Finished fourth in the 3k at the Bob Shannon Invitational.

2013 Cross Country
Saw action in six races as a senior ... Started season strong with 21st-place finish at Bill Sudeck Memorial (16:54.62) and improved two spots to 19th at Ric Sayre Invitational (20:05.63) ... Clocked in at 25:07 at the 6K OAC Championship.

2013 Outdoor
Had a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 5k ... Crossed at 19:36.89 at the JCU Twilight Meet and 19:56.11 at the OAC East Split Meet ... Captured ninth in the 1,500m at the Mount Union John Homon Invitational.

2012-13 Indoor
Saw limited action competing in five races ... Took 10th in the 3k at the BW Mid-February Meet and the 5k at the Greater Cleveland College Championship.

2012 Cross Country
One of the Blue Streaks' regular runners ... Had first top 10 finish at Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational with 10th place performance ... Added 26th place showing at National Catholic Championship ... Was 34th at OAC Championship.

2012 Outdoor
Had a busy day at the Amy Adams Memorial Invitational with a trio of top-10 finishes ... Helped the 4x400 relay to fifth crossing at 4:25.70 ... Captured sixth in the 1,500m and ninth in the 800m ... Narrowly missed scoring team points in the 5k at the OAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship placing ninth.

2011-12 Indoor
Placed third in the 3k at the OAC Split Meet crossing the finish line at 11:16.07 ... Took third in the 1,000m at the BW Mid-February Meet and helped the 4x400 relay to third at the Jim Wuske Invitational.

2011 Cross Country
Saw action in four races ... Was 13th at the Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational with 20:10 mark ... Was 32nd at season-opening Salisbury University Sea Gull Opener.

2011 Outdoor
Helped the 4x400 to runner-up honors at the Kenyon Spring Invitational with time of 4:15.94 ... Aided the 4x800 relay to third-place finish at OAC Gold Split Meet ... Added fifth-place finish in the 800m at the OAC Gold Split Meet.

2010-11 Indoor
Won the 1,000m at the Greater Cleveland College Championship with time of 3:19.86 ... Helped the 4x400 to time of 4:44.01 and champion honors at the Greater Cleveland College Championship.

2010 Cross Country
Competed four times for JCU ... Placed 27th at Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational for best freshman outing.
