Erin Kiley

Entering her second season as the graduate assistant for the John Carroll Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & FieldĀ programs is former Blue Streak standout Erin Kiley.

Kiley helped propel the 2019 cross country season to success with an OAC women'sĀ 1st place team title and men'sĀ 3rd place OAC finish. Both team headed to the National Championships and left with a men'sĀ 19th finish and the best program finish to date. The women walked away with a 21st place finish an incredible season.Ā 

A 2018 graduate of JCU, KileyĀ wasĀ an eight-time letterĀ winner -- four each in cross country and track & field, and carried a 3.89 grade point average as a double major in Business Management and Catholic Studies. A Dean's List student eight times, she was a USTFCCCA All-Academic as well as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society. She earned Academic All-OAC and CoSIDA Academic All-American accolades, and was a Beaudry Award nominee at John Carroll, advancing as one of six finalists for the most prestigious student award given to a member of the senior class at commencement.

At the conclusion of her time at John Carroll, she was named the recipient of the Clyde A. Lamb Award, whichĀ recognizes the top female and male scholar athletes from each of the ten institutions in the Ohio Athletic Conference

Among her many athletic honors include qualifying for the 10,000-meter run at the 2017 NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships as well as the 2017 NCAA Division III Cross Country Country Championships. She was a three-time All-OAC first team runner in cross country,which included a seventh place at the 2017 OAC Cross Country Championship. Kiley was the 2017 OAC Champion in the 10,000-meter run, a distance in which she is the school record holder.Ā 

Her on campus involvements included working at the Center for Service and Social Action as a Student Liason, serving as Business Manager for the Carroll News, representing cross country and track & field on the JCU Student Athletic Advisory Committee, and participating in a Campus MinistryĀ ImmersionĀ Trip to Nicaragua as well as volunteering as Liturgical Minister/ Eucharistic Minister for masses on campus.

KileyĀ is pursuingĀ a Masters in Business Administration degree through BolerĀ College of Business.
