2013-14 Indoor
Saw limited action in indoor season only competing four times ... Captured third in the 5k at the OAC North Split Meet with time of 19:11.41 ... Added fifth-place showing at Bob Shannon Invitational in mile at 5:30.99 ... Ran the mile and the 3k at the Otterbein Invitational.

2013 Cross Country
USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree ... Put together another solid cross country season and earned first team All-OAC honors and Academic All-OAC distinction ... Crossed sixth at OAC Championship with 23:28 time helping to secure the Blue and Gold's first OAC title since 1991 ... Placed 25th in two prestigious events, the National Catholic Championship (19:21.8) and the All-Ohio Championships (24:08.18) ... Placed 45th in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet.

2013 Outdoor
Ninth nationally in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NCAA National Championship with time of 10:42.12 ... Took first in the 3,000m steeplechase at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet ... OAC champion in the 3,000m steeplechase with time of 10:39.89 ... Also earned All-OAC honos taking second in the 5k and being part of the winning 4x800 relay ... Earned All-Ohio honors in the 3,000m steeplechase taking second with time of 11:09.67 ... Finished first at the OAC East Split meet in the 3,000m steeple chase with winning mark of 10:52.40.

2012-13 Indoor
Picked up a pair of fourth-place finishes at the OAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 3k and the 5k crossing at 10:38.15 and 18:37.30 respectively ... Time of 5:20.58 in the mile was good for first at the Greater Cleveland College Championship ... Earned All-Ohio status with first-place finish in 5k at All-Ohio Championships ... Third in the 5k at the OAC Split meet.

2012 Cross Country
Named first team All-OAC ... USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree ...  Had three fourth place outings on the cross country team (Salisbury University Sea Gull Opener, Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational and OAC Championship) ... Added seventh place Division III finish at National Catholic Championship.

2012 Outdoor
Qualified for NCAA National Championship as a freshman in the 3,000m steeplechase placing eighth with time of 10:51.85 ... OAC steeplechase champion with race-winning time of 11:00.24 ... Earned All-Ohio status in the steeplechase with time of 11:02.15 ... Runner-up in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Charlotte 49er Classic with time of 11:39.55.

2011-12 Indoor
Narrowly missed All-OAC honors as a freshman finishing fourth in the 5k at 18:21.24 ... Earned a pair of third-place finishes in the 5k at the OAC North Split Meet and the 3k at the Mount Union Jim Wuske Invitaitonal.

2011 Cross Country
Had four top 15 finishes in six events ... Opened collegiate career with fifth place outing at Salisbury University Sea Gull Opener ... Improve two spots on the leaderboard for the Walsh University Ric Sayre Invitational ... Placed 12th at National Catholic Championship and OAC Championship.
