Garrett Lineberger enters his third season as an assistant coach in the 2024-25 academic year.
Lineberger joins the Blue Streaks as a volunteer assistant after a successful career at nearby Notre Dame College. Lineberger won NCAA Division II National Championships at 184 lbs in both 2014 and 2017. During those two seasons, the Falcons won the Division II National Championship under former head coach and current John Carroll assistant Frank Romano.
“It will be great to have an upper weight coach with Garrett’s resume,” said Hawald. “I am confident he will have an immediate impact on our big men.”
