Chris Russo enters his first season on the staff for JCU Football in the 2026-27 academic year.
Russo served as a Football Recruiting and Player Personnel Intern at Ohio University from September 2025 until graduation in April 2026. Russo aided with evaluation, visit operations, and transfer portal work. Working with the GM and Player Personnel Analyst, Russo evaluatde high school and transfer portal prospects. He maintained the ARMS database, entering verified measurements, staff grades, HUDL film, and position data.
Russo is a Mayfield native, graduating from Mayfield in 2023.
