Riley Smith enters her first season as an assistant athletic on the John Carroll University athletic training staff in the 2026-27 school year. Smith also works for the Cleveland Clinic.
This is Smith's first full-time position. During her time as a Master's student, Smith worked at Twinsburg High School, Archbishop Hoban High School, the University of Mount Union, Kent State University, and the Physical Therapy Center.
Smith acquired her Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine from Kent State University in December 2023 and her Master's of Science in Athletic Training from KSU in May 2026.
