Hoping to avoid any rainfall that was forecasted, the John Carroll men's team made quick work of the Marietta College Pioneers in the final regular seasom home match for the Blue Streaks

John Carroll swept both singles and doubles
Ryan Mullaney and
Chad Ruehs improved to 7-3 on the season at #1 doubles, and
Michael Hulseman and Ross Venzke improved to 6-4 at #3 doubles with identical 8-1 wins.
Mullaney highlighted singles play with a 6-0 6-0 win at the #1 slot. Also impressive in victory were seniors Alex Millar at #2 (6-2 6-0) and Matt Tomayko at #5 (6-1 6-0)
John Carroll is now 4-6 overall and 4-3 in the OAC. Marietta falls to 6-7 overall and 1-7 in the league.
