On the final day of the regular season, the John Carroll men's tennis team picked up a win over a conference opponent.
That win also enabled John Carroll to pick up a conference winning record. Thanks to a sweep of the three doubles matches, JCU produced a 7-2 win over host heidelberg University Sunday in Tiffin, Ohio.

Ryan Mullaney and
Rico Certo at #1, and
Peter Scanniello and
Michael Hulseman at #2 each won by 8-4 scores to set the tone in doubles play.
Eric Grimaldi and
Sean Graham had to dig deeper in the #3 match to to complete the sweep with a 9-7 triumph.
Mullaney was dominant in singles play, rolling to a pair of 6-0 wins. Graham at #2 and Certo at #4 were also straight set winners, while Grimaldi won a tiebreaker at 11-9 to win his #6 match.
John Carroll ends the regular season 7-11 overall and 5-4 in league play.
