Nick Siciliano raced out to an 8-1 win at No. 2 doubles. The pairing finished the season with a 16-1 doubles record.
Siciliano's success continued over to singles play. After dropping the first set 1-6, the Broadview Hts., Ohio native fought back with 6-1, 6-3 scores in the second and third set to take the match.
With the match ending once a team reaches five points, Ohio Northern picked up points at Nos. 1 and 3 doubles and Nos. 2, 3 and 5 singles.
Abdual-Aal was up 6-3, 6-7, 4-1 unf. when play was halted. He finished the year with a 14-4 mark in singles play all at the No. 1 position.
