It was a long climb back, but the Blue Streaks have reached .500 for the first time since September 4 thanks to a sweep over Wilmington Saturday afternoon in Wilmington, Ohio.

JCU crusied to the win by capturing all three sets with double digit margins, 25-11, 25-15, 25-12.

Sarah Orlandi had 11 kills, Leah Switalski had nine, and both Maddie McDowell and Julianne McGervey finished with eight as JCU hit .389 for the match and had just one error in a scintillating third set effort.

Sara Kaminski had 23 digs and Katie Cosker posted three aces as JCU improved to 10-10 overall and 2-1 in the OAC. John Carroll has won six of its last seven matches.
